I am closing the comments on this post.

Please post all questions relating to this topic here:
http://mansteri.com/2008/12/animata-osc/

To Seth: Questions about compiling Animata should be posted on the Animata mailing list.

To Opie: A very good way to do skeleton tracking with Animata is OSCeleton https://github.com/Sensebloom/OSCeleton with the Kinect sensor.

To noc: Have you installed the Quartz Composer Plugin? I just released a new version of it. You can download it here: http://mansteri.com/software/

i import the osc example in animata, and layer and bone plugins in vdmx, and enter the name of the bone and the layer in vdmx, but i still got no animata action. is there additional paths to enter, or config of the plugins?
sorry to bother asking for presumably obvious, basic, but still missing links

Hello and so many thanks for sharing your work. I have the same question as another user above (Sahal Merchant). He wants to connect Animata to Eyesweb. I am on a Mac, though. What would be the setup for a Mac with PD, Processing or QC and some substitute for Eyesweb?
Thanks in advance.

I tried compiling in XCode and am missing the libs they used:

libpng.a
libjpg.a
and libz.a were built for the wrong architecture. Does anyone have these?

@Leon

I have no idea. That's just a link I got on the mailing list. Never tested it. I saw your post on the list. Someone else might be able to help you there.
